Fingerprint-Based Criminal Background Checks

Fingerprinting is conducted at the Regional Office of Education by appointment ONLY. Schedule your appointment below.

What you need to bring to your appointment:

1. A valid, government-issued picture ID (such as a driver’s license, state ID, or passport) 
2. Cell phones are NOT allowed in the courthouse
3. Authorization For Release of Criminal History Record Check Form (OR faxed to our office by your employing district)

What you need to bring to your appointment for a SUB:

1. Completed sub packet of information
2. A valid, government-issued picture ID (such as a driver’s license, state ID, or passport)
3. Bring a second form of ID 
4. $75 background check fee (by check, cash, or cashier's check).

What you need to bring to your appointment for a Student Teaching:

1. Student teachers - the college initiates the process.
